DOBTWEEN
Type: Adverb (Real)
Use:  Controls whether some function is done between some things or
      not.  Current usage has DOBTWEEN > 0 permitting calibration
      solutions from different sources to be smoothed together.  False
      (<= 0) causes calibration data from separate calibrators to be
      kept separate.
Tasks:
   ALBUS.........Calculate ionospheric delay and Faraday rotation using
                 ALBUS.  DOBTWEEN controls usage of download areas and
                 degree of parallelism.
   CLCAL.........Merges and smoothes SN tables, applies them to CL
                 tables
   CLSMO.........Smooths a calibration CL table
   PRTAN.........Prints the contents of the ANtenna extension file.
                 DOBTWEEN > 0 => print relative antenna positions as
                 well as those in the antenna file.
   SNSMO.........Smooths and filters a calibration SN table
   TYSMO.........Smooths and filters a calibration TY or SY table.
Procedures:
   VLACLCAL......Runs CLCAL and prints the results with LISTR.
