AXREF
Type: Adverb    (scalar)
Use:  To specify the reference pixel number on a coordinate
      axis.
Null value: 0
Verbs:
  AXDEFINE...Define new or alter previous axis description.
             There is no default for AXREF.
Tasks:
  MCUBE......Build an n+1 dimensional image from a set of
             n dimensional images.  Null value => 1.
