Type:  Adverb  (scalar)
Use:   To set an ending "channel" number, where the
       definition of channel will depend on the particular
       verb or task.
Null value:
       0   => maximum possible value.
Verbs:
  TVMOVIE.....Load planes of a cube to the TV and run a movie.
