EIF
Type:  Adverb  (scalar)
Use:   Standard data selection adverb, used to specify the
       highest IF to be included.  An IF consists of a set of
       one or more equally spaced frequency channels; multiple
       IFs with arbitrary frequency spacings are allowed.
Null value:
       0   => highest numbered IF in data.
